How do I fix a constant iCloud log in pop-up on my laptop?

I keep getting a pop up that says to log into my i cloud account. When I log in it says I need to log in from another device and after I complete that I will get he same pop up telling me to do it again. It does not stop..... I can't do anything for more than a coupe of minutes before it pops up again. I have tried to restart my Lap top and the problem still exists. Any thoughts on how I can remedy this situation?

Can't sign in to iCloud on Windows 10 PC I know my password and Applie ID. I can sign into apple on the web. But when when iCloud on Windows 10 tries to sign in, I get the nonsense popup shown below. I've tried uninstalling and resinstalling iCloud, restarting my PC, nothing works. So I get an annoying popup message from iCloud every minute or two trying to sign in. What can I do?

How to stop icloud sign in screen pop up on windows PC Started about 3 weeks ago & occurs at least every 2 minutes. Shows old Apple ID that cannot be erased so I can't sign in on this pop up screen. I can, however, sign in to ICloud with correct ID when this is happening. Occurs relentlessly. It has popped up several times while I am typing this question. I have to close out the pop up every time, and then it returns shortly.
