Copy Notes from iphone 13 to Windows 10 pc

Even though several posts on this forum say I can edit the text from my Note app on my iPhone 13, I cannot copy and paste the text from the Notes app from iCloud in my browser.

There is no button or other way to save the page as a pdf.

If I choose to save the Note, it only saves what is on my screen, not the whole Note.

If I choose Copy, it only copies what is on my screen, not the whole Note.

Editing txt files on my new iPhone 16 I transferred a number of notes stored as “.txt” files into my new iPhone 16 from my old android phone. I went to a lot of trouble to save in a simple, universal format that anything can read and edit. the user guide says if I select the file the menu will offer a choice to export the file to a different format, but there’s no such choice on the menu. how do I edit simple text notes?
