How do I reduce 64 GB of documents and data on iPhone without resetting?

I currently have 64gb taken up by documents and data how can I get this down hopefully by not resetting the entire phone. I have gone to mange storage and the issue is in documents and data please can someone help.

Documents & Data is all of the personally added content on your phone, either through apps or saving documents. As you added it the only way to reduce it is to delete some of it.
