Apple Pay/ wallet in Kenya?
It seems like the infrastructure for Apple play/wallet is available in Kenya so why can’t we use it. Kenya’s adopt technology very easily, it just seems a bit delayed.

Kenya is not in the list of countries where Apple Pay is active. While the infrastructure might exist the necessary agreements and approvals are yet to be negotiated by all the parties concerned - there are others besides Apple.
