I am unable to sign out of my Apple ID on iPhone

Hello. I have Apple ID on my phone. And I can't sign out. When I want to try sign out there is a notification.The notification is: "Cannot find this person." And when I press to reset password the notification is: "The Apple ID is either not valid or not supported. What will I need to do??
