Apple care subscription renewal

My apple care subscription auto renews today. I use my apple card balance to pay it, however I was 30 minutes late with adding funds to my account. Does this mean I’ve lost my Apple care+ coverage for good?? It’s not letting me add another payment method either. I’ve been going around in circles for the past hour trying to find actual help but I’ve gotten NOTHING…
