How do I authorize my Mac to download Apple Music purchases?

I am trying to authorize my computer to download my Apple Music purchased and I keep getting this message. I have already removed my old/unused devices from my Apple ID, and I deauthorized all the devices. Any advice?

Disable any VPN. Make sure that your system clock has the correct time. Try rebooting both computer and router. If you are using your ISPs DNS server you might try switching to Google's public DNS servers on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
