Why did my purchased apps disappear from my iPhone?

I bought Minecraft on my phone back when I first got my phone is 2019, recently I’ve wanted to redownload it but noticed it has completely disappeared off of my phone, now here’s the weird thing, I called apple and they said they SAW a purchase (minecoins) but couldn’t see the purchase of the actual game, if apple could refund me or repurchase the game for me, I would be extremely happy
