Unable to verify my age on Apple Music app in South Korea

Hello Everyone.

I have been trying hard to verify my age in South Korea. I am a foreign national. I contacted my carrier and double checked all the details of the legal name and date of birth. Is there anyone who solved this issue?

In case you suggest to write a legal name I did that. I tried capital letters and small ones.

I would really appreciate a help.

I am 19 and a foreigner. I try to change my name writing order, put my full name in capital letters. And nothing is working... Age verification for apple store I am a student here in South Korea and bought my first iPhone about a week ago. My problem is I can’t verify my age in app store even though i left no stone unturned on the process and still it just keeps telling me to try again what should i do? Before this i did look up onto different Q&A’s in this site and it was no help
