How can I return a lost MacBook found at Istanbul Airport?

Hi, my friend found a mac at Istanbul airport on 22.3 … we tried to open it, to try find any contact…but its Locked as well. What can i do to find the owner ? I ll try to contact Apple store around me so to figure out What to do…

That’s why they need to turn it into lost and found. If it’s in their possession now it is effectively stolen. There is no way to find the owner unless the owner posts a message on the Lock Screen. And no way to remove the lock. Take it back to the airport before there are too many questions about why it was it their possession for so long. Besides, the person who lost it may have provided their contact info to the airline or airport lost and found.
