How to resolve password error when connecting iPhone hotspot to an Android device?

I cannot connect my iphone hotspot to android device. It says password error and cant gain my ip address on the android device

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Personal Hotspot

Toggle Maximize Compatibility ON
