I Phone 16 Pro Max, I Phone 16 just purchased new and none of the old earbuds, cords or charging bricks for the AC will fit these new devices.

We love Apple everything, but these new devices should not cost the customer an arm and a leg replacing cords, charging bricks for the wall, earbuds and car chargers. When you walk out of the Apple store after buying these expensive phones, why don't they tell you what you will need to use them?

Sorry, but did you do a bit of research before purchasing your new iPhone? Apple has been switching (actually, this is happening globally) to USB-C as the standard ports on their devices. Actually, Apple starting doing so with the iPhone 15 model.

If you would have gone to the Apple online store, you would have seen the following:

I'm surprised that an Apple Associate at the store didn't provide you with what you will need to get (or have) with your iPhone purchase. Regardless, if you are not satisfied with your new phone, you have 14 days, from the purchase date, to return it for a full refund.
