No audio/vibration notifications when phone is locked

Basically, when my phone (13PM) is locked, I don’t get any indication that a notification has gone through. The notification will appear on the Lock Screen, but I won’t know it went through. It doesn’t matter if silent mode is on or off. The only time I do hear it is when my phone is on and in active use. Scheduled summary is off and all notifications are set to go straight through. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning off and on the “attention awareness” setting, but to no avail. I do wear an Apple Watch that seems to get them, but as it is on silent, I don’t see the notification unless I happen to be looking at my watch. I have missed multiple important texts and calls due to this, and I really don’t know what to do anymore.

Apple watch will by design take ALL notifications instead of the phone when the phone is locked, unless you specifically set them up as customised/do not allow notifications in iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Notifications

Apple designed the pairing of Apple Watch and iPhone to stop notifications on your iPhone when the phone is locked and the notifications go to your watch. It's not supposed to go to both at the same time. I use haptics on my watch (Prominent) and I never miss a notification if my iPhone screen is locked. If my iPhone screen is active, notifications will come to your phone. This is by design.

Disregard this, as I figured out how to change it. Any way to invert it (no alert on watch, vibration/alert on phone) instead of just turning alerts off for my watch? I’d even try a shortcut (if that’s even possible, I haven’t really played around with them).
