How do I enable low battery notifications on iPhone 14 Pro running the latest iOS?

The latest and greatest OS on my iPhone 14 Pro is not giving me notifications when the battery is low

The iPhone run out of battery overnight and the alarm clock didn’t ring overnight to take my medication when next day I had a surgery scheduled

is it possible to have turn on the old notification from IPhone 7 when a battery popped out for 20 and10 percent?
