Is there a way that I can edit and crop photos and pictures in the Photos on a Windows desktop computer?

While I rely on the Apple Photos app on my iPhone 11 for editing and cropping, it's frustrating that I can't do the same when reviewing my pictures and videos on a Windows desktop at the library. Apple simply doesn't allow Windows users to edit their media. *****I do not have access to a computer at home.****

Is there a way that I can edit pictures and videos from the Photos app without having to use the apps in the Windows computers?

iPhone 11, iOS 18

This is false. Apple neither limits, nor prohibits users from editing media on whatever device they want. Apple has no control over what you do on a Windows PC at all.

You can use any number of apps on the Windows PC to edit pictures and photos.

You cannot use the Photos app from the iPhone on a Windows PC simply because they are different platforms and and beyond that there is no way to access the iPhone Photos app on a Windows PC. Apple is not actively limiting this in any way. Its the difference in platforms.

You can download any photos you want to a windows PC from iCloud and then edit them with whatever tools Windows provides. Apple has no involvement there.
