As the App Store cannot be deleted, it's on your phone somewhere. Swipe past the last home page. Search for the App Store. Press and hold on the icon and add it back to your Home Page.

How much iCloud space you have has nothing to do with how much free space you have on your phone or how many apps you can store on it.

Unless you are in the EU, the App Store cannot be delete. You may not see it on your screen for a couple of reasons:

  • It may be in the App Library. Swipe all the way to the left to see the App Library, then swipe down on the screen to view the apps alphabetically. If you see it there, you can drag it back to one of your screens.
  • It may be hidden due to Screen Time Restrictions. The location is at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps. This should be set to Allow. If you are part of a Family Plan, then the Organizer can put the restrictions on your device where you will not see the App Store.
