Is there a way to add evidence to a refund request?

I recently made an in-app purchase, but didn't receive it. I have a screen recording that clearly shows that the content I bought isn't available to me. Does anyone know if there is a way to add that as evidence to my request? I didn't see any place to upload anything when making my request.
