Safaribookmarkssyncagent slowing down Mac Mini M4
I'm trying to help my dad set up his new Mac. One of the issues we had on his old iMac was Safaribookmarkssyncagent chewing up all his memory and slowing the computer to a crawl. I wasn't able to fix it by turning off iCloud sync, signing him out and then back in of iCloud, etc. So we did a time machine backup and loaded everything on to the new Mac Mini and the problem has apparently transfered over to the new machine. Any idea how to get this thing to stop? I've checked my own Mac and at most that uses about 5mb. His goes up to 40-50gig memory usage.
