How do I resolve a managed device?
Has anyone had their device under management but when you call apple support they deny it and basically don’t solve or disclose any information

There have been plenty of people who bought 2nd hand phones that were locked under MDM.
Only the company the phone is locked to can remove it.

Yeah you could be 100% correct regarding 2nd hand phones. All my devices have been brand new from my phone carrier and I’ve gone through 4 iPhones in 3 years all with the same issue started with a 14, 15, 16 and now back to a 14
And only the company can remove MDM, it should say who the company is.
I've had new phones 3G all the way to my iphone 13 bought from AT&T and there is no MDM installed on it.
Do you have a company work email installed on yoru phone?

and now you’re going to say I’m not signed into anything so that’s normal and there’s no issue
You asked how you can tell if your device was being manged and that is the way you do it. As you can see your device has no Profiles installed that would be the indicator that your device is being managed.
Signing into the Developer page does not require any different Apple Account, and you can use the exact same one that you used to sign into this page. In no way does that mean a developer has access to your account or device, that is how it is supposed to work.
Hopefully that eases your concern and you can go back to enjoying your phone again as from everything that you have provided, there is nothing you should be worried about. Try to avoid rabbit holes on the internet. Just like when looking up health related issues, all roads usually lead the cancer, the same is true for device issues leading you to a hacked device. Many Social Media posters thrive on this fear of users and benefit through upvotes, ad dollars, and increased visibility.
Sorry, I don't use Chrome because I value my privacy and not interested in sharing my data with Google. I am not willing to go down the road of what data and suggestions Google is sharing. Your Google account may have been compromised, someone else may have signed into your account on their device, or you may have signed in on their device and forgot to sign out, so now all their search history/suggestions is showing up on your phone. If you are using Gmail, then you must assume that is compromised as well and will require changing your Google Password.
What is it that you found? there is nothing posted that shows a managed device.
Settings > general > vpn and device management will show any MDM or installed profile.
Yes. You can log in with your Apple account. Additional access requires a next step to attach the developer options.

Why do you believe the device is managed? What are you seeing?
I have not seen any problem that needs solved. The screenshot you posted shows nothing to be concerned about at all. It would be helpful to post screenshots of what you are concerned about and what you have found when looking in Settings at VPN & Device Management. That will tell you right there if you device is being managed and since you have a new device and not one that was purchased used, then it is not likely you would have anything there.
If you are concerned about the FamilyWall app, swipe left on the screen until you get to the App Library, then swipe down on the screen to show the apps alphabetically and if it is on your device, you will see it there. If you are in a family group, then you can remove yourself by following the steps here.
From the FamilyWall app:
1 - Open the FamilyWall app
2 - Click on the "Settings" icon located at the top right of the home screen (the little cogwheel)
3 - Click on "Manage Account" and then on the "Leave the Circle" button at the bottom of the screen
4 - Finally, confirm the deletion by clicking on the "I confirm" button
Then delete the app if you have no use for it.

Should a regular Apple ID account be able to have access to a Developer account?
Anyone can sign into the Developer page to access basic developer features. If you wanted to pursue development further, you would need to enroll in one of the programs and of course pay $99 a year to publish apps in the App Store. Apple provides that information on their Developer website:
Sign in to your Apple Account on the Apple Developer website to access basic developer resources.

And how do I find that information?
As stated multiple times it is seen at Settings > General > VPN and Device Management. We have asked for what you see there and even a screenshot of that page and it has been ignored.

Yes, that is what I would expect to see. Why do you think it's not normal? So far, you haven't really explained what you're seeing that has led you to believe there is some sort of phantom profile?
I completely understand what you’re saying and I do appreciate your time and feedback. The biggest frustration that I’ve had is that not only am I seeing the changes of my settings in my device apps, mail, messages, email and cellular but also all other apps I have accounts on.
For example, at the T-Mobile store where I purchased my device, I sent my account PIN number and a few days later it was removed, this is true of my passwords as well not just there but all apps. I constantly find read emails of account verification that I never asked for or received.
this has been going on for quite some time, not just the emails or changes of apps. My display is constantly changing the contrast and i’m not referring to light or dark mode. Last week when I called Apple support for like the thousandth time regarding the same issue was because under analytics there was a long list of AVG security. I have never purchased AVG.
I tried to take screenshots of all the stuff that I find and the minute I get on the phone with Support to show and tell it’s magically disappeared.
