Getting "ShortcutRunner-ErrorDomain error 0" on setting up HP printer to my MacBook Pro

I am using a 2019, 13", MacBook Pro, Sequoia. I use an HP 8600 All-In-One printer. For some reason, my computer will not take my print order. I get no error message except, "ShortcutRunner-ErrorDomain error 0"

I'm sure it's a setting, but I don't want to make it worse, so I am reaching out. Can anyone tell me what's wrong or how to fix it? PLEASE?
