While transferring my old phone iPhone 11 cloud back-up data to my new iPhone 14, the transfer was interrupted. My new phone now has all the basic phone info a basic Apple apps, and none of my apps. How do I safely do the cloud download over again?

Open App Store ➢ your profile (upper-right corner of the screen) ➢ Apps, then simply download all the apps that appear in the list that you want.
