G-Raid Shuttle 4 will not mount on MAC Studio with Sequoia 15.3.2

I just bought a new Mac Studio M4 and have Sequoia 15.3.2. I have been using the G-Raid Shuttle 4 for years on my old Mac Pro without a problem. I have tried downloading the driver from SanDisk as well as the Software, but the Mac cannot see this external drive. Any solutions?

I'm having the same problem with Sequoia 15.4.1. Been happy for years with my iMac 13.7.5. I've installed the driver but like someone else says, it's waiting for approval in Privacy & Security but no entry in that dialog shows up.

The approval button in the Privacy & Security System Settings will only be there for a short time. Reboot the Mac and immediately go to the Privacy & Security System Settings to approve it.

Interestingly, if I plug the G-RAIDs into the studio display, they work - sort of - they get dropped every now and again and they don't work if I daisy chain them. I have to connect them to the display individually.

I saw a couple of other users mention that external drives worked better when they were connected to a USB3 hub than directly to the computer. Since they seem to work "better" connected to your display, then try a real hub. I have never trusted the USB ports on any display.

The cables I'm using are the same T3 cables that came with the G-RAID devices and I've been using them on my 2017 iMac for a couple of years without trouble.

Many manufacturer's actually supply very poor quality cables with their products. Get a real good quality cable. Many people find their accessory issues disappear when using good quality cables.

Did anyone solve this? Having the same issues. My G-Raid no longer mounts on 15.5

First step is making sure the current drive layout for this external drive.

Disconnect all other external drives from the computer.

Then run the following command from the Terminal app so we can check out the exact drive layout for this external drive & post the results:

diskutil list external

Do you know what file system was being used on this G-RAID drive?

Yes, same here. That is just another way to open an app. The DEXT Driver Installer app opens fine but hangs up with this waiting for approval thing. I'm not actually sure the G-RAID DEXT Driver Installer is even necessary.

When I open the G-RAID Software Utility app, it starts up but does not display any windows.
