Scratch on the screen of my 2024 MacBook Pro M4 Pro 16" -- no idea how it happened?
Is there anyway to repair a scratch on my [only had it one month] customized, MacBook Pro M4 Pro notebook computer? I have no idea how it happened and it is most definitely a scratch and it's in my line of sight and I'm pretty angry about it. I didn't know I needed to upgrade the screen to the nano tech display - if I had known how delicate the default screen is I would have upgraded. It's a notebook but I don't take it out of my house it lives on my desk and I'm the only person who uses it. I'm very careful with all of my Apple devices. I've only had it one month so I can't return it since I'm beyond the 14 day return window. I'd like to return it and order the same MacBook Pro again but with the nano texture display screen upgrade which is glass. This display scratch that's some how happened to me is apparently an issue with MacBook Pro displays from what I'm reading online. I've been a diehard Apple customer since 1991 so I'm both ****** off and shocked that they're selling a portable notebook computer with such a clearly delicate screen. I paid almost $3,000.00 for it and I'm pretty upset about this.
