Apple TV & Regional Restrictions: Switching Accounts Across Countries?

I would like to buy an Apple TV but as I travel between UK, US and Italy I would like to download various streaming apps that are not available in all respective countries due to regional restrictions.

Is it possible to create separate Apple accounts for each country and switch regions accordingly when I’m in that location to access the relevant apps?

If so, what happens to the apps from the other regions? Do they get deleted when I switch, requiring me to download them again each time I travel?
