Unable to edit Apple Music profile on Mac

Hello,

Can't edit Apple Music profile, can't change name, can't change photo. I can't do anything at all. All settings are blank, both on my computer in the Apple Music app and on my iPhone in Apple Music. I have a paid subscription to Apple Music. I have tried everything possible, but nothing works. Please help
