I need assistance with my Apple ID as my iCloud email address and to keep it continuously running so that I am able to receive my mail Can someone please walk me through before I walk myself off of all social media

I subscribe to a newsletter from a site I have interest in. That way mail is always going into the account.
Not really sure what you mean by continuously running. If you have email set up on your device, your email will be delivered there.
I have gotten email warnings from accounts that don't receive any activity that they will be closed. Since the newsletters started coming, the warnings stopped.
How do I keep my iCloud email address active and receive mail?
