Is Apple Watch Series 5 causing discomfort?

Good afternoon

I own an Apple Watch Series 5 for 5 years how and for the past month or so I’ve started to feel a numbness/ pain when I wear the watch on my left arm . I’ve stopped wearing it. I’ve been wearing regular watch ( non smart watch ) and it does not give me the same pain/ numbness on my left arm.
