MacBook Pro 13” 2022 screen glitches and won’t close fully.

Recently, I’ve been having a problem where my display will have these strange glitches (grainy red and green effect and random pink and blue flashes along the screen) along with my MacBook actually not being able to close fully. I suspect that a part has come loose in the actual display and has gotten stuck in a hinge maybe? But I’m not sure how to fix that. I’ve already opened it up but I still can’t see a problem on the internal. And no, it’s not battery swelling.
