should you turn your computer off when not in use?

I turn mine off when I’m not using it.

My MacBook Pro is over 3+ years old and the battery health is 100%.

FWIW, I turn my computer off whenever I will not be using it for about an hour or more. Others will tell you they leave their computer on all the time.
