trackpad is making noise a lot now after 10 years

I heard from Apple support that my Mid 2015 MackBook Pro is a vintage model now and they don't repair this themselves...but the Q is ; is it repairable and where can it be done in the Netherlands

trackpads do not make no noise....so very hard to interpolate(?)

you can replace the trackpad— i would suspect, typically this is a upper case replacement, trackpad/keyboard/ sometimes battery included, it may be possible to to buy a stand alone trackpad—cables are easily damaged.

The 2015 model is the first one with the new Haptic Feedback Trackpads which simulate both the physical feel of a click as well as the click sound.

Unfortunately the 2015 model is now considered "Obsolete" by Apple so no official Apple repairs are possible now.

I would check to see if the battery may be starting to swell. Does the Trackpad appear to be raised up at all? Does the Display clamshell close properly or is the Trackpad preventing the Display from closing fully? Do you see the Bottom Case starting to bulge or even separate? Does the laptop still sit flat on a smooth surface? If the battery is starting to swell, then it may be starting to push against the underside of the Trackpad which can definitely affect how the Trackpad operates.
