Siri no longer asks to reply to Incoming texts in Apple CarPlay.

I’m thinking perhaps the last update on my phone has disabled this feature. The only time I’m asked if I’d like to reply to an incoming text is if I select the text and have her read again. Initially She will read the incoming texts and then just stop.
