When take the moving object photo will blurry

When take the 4to some one speech with moving his hand so i will take the photo hime and image is not good enough because his hand moving shot was blurry so full image worthless , i have attached the image and you can see what is i am talking about.

and you very professional guys saying “ you are talking 4to p steady with tripod or something needs to not sheking the phone like advice,

but i have used before iPhone, samsung , sony , xiaomi smart phone and there wasnt that issue .

i am saying iphone can improve this , always we don’t have on hand tripod or something so the phone need to give the stability option inside the phone
