How to file a complaint for a locked Apple Account?

My original account was locked, permanently, for three incorrect password attempts. I miss input my password a few times and my request to enter my account was denied for, as far as I'm aware, no reason. I want to find someone to complain about this too, because while this was my fault, I do not see why I cannot gain access to my original account. Because some guy thought that I shouldn't! If anyone where to try and login to my account would the same thing have occurred? Could it have been possible that I have lost my account because of someone else?

I feel as though this is unjust and would like to complain about it to someone, literally anyone that could POSSIBLY help me because this has to be a joke and that I did not lose my data because of three incorrect password attempts.

A reason does not have to be given as those are the terms you agreed to when setting up an account:

Apple further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part or Content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and Apple will not be liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such rights.

There are a whole list of reasons why that would be the case and there is no way any of us can begin to guess what that could be for your case specifically. If your account is disabled/locked due to the password being entered incorrectly, by you or someone else, all you need to do is reset the password, but since you described it as "permanently", it appears there may be some more information that we are not aware of.

So, now you will need to create a new Apple Account, which should not be that big of a deal since you just had it for a couple of days. Removing the account that is signed into your device may require documentation to remove the Activation Lock.

Apple didn’t lock your account because of three incorrect password attempts. Your account has been permanently locked because you broke a term of service you agreed to and having the Apple account.
