My MacBook Pro is running on MacOS Sequoia. First words of sentences and paragraphs do not start with capital letter in any app as it should be. Neither does it capiltalise the first word after entering a double space. I have correctly set all possible option in Keyboard Settings in Systems Settings. I have also restrated the Mac, and restrated in Safe mode. Nothing works. Is it a

Try setting up a new guest account and compare your results there.
>System Settings>Keyboard use the search feature if in doubt. Toggle some changes, then come back to your preferred settings.
Verify your software is up to date…
The current stable release of Sequoia including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 15.3.2

Some but not all Apple applications, depending upon their purpose, may or may not detect if the settings that leroydouglas has shown are set and behave accordingly. This may vary depending on the custom in other countries.
Third-party applications probably will ignore these settings unless the developers are using specific Apple frameworks and choose to detect these settings. Check the respective application settings to see if the developer has added these sentence behavior options.
Still does not work, even with a new user I created.
