Being charged for ended subscriptions

So every time I’m in the App Store and I try to download a free app. It tries to charge my account $10.61. It’s succeeded on an app that I no longer use. I canceled it on March 11. I already requested a refund for you guys so you can see it on there. I go to my purchase history it doesn’t show up so I’m confused as to why every time I try to download something for free you’re charging me $10.61 when I no longer I’m using that app I have no pending renewals on any of my prescriptions or my purchases. This problem needs to be addressed.

No I haven’t received a refund for the February 25th charge or the the charge on march 7th. That’s a total of rough $22. And no refund has been issued. I complained about this on the actual day a couple weeks ago and never heard a response either this is unacceptable to me. You can clearly see the subscription ended on February 11 so I shouldn’t be being charged never mind being charged twice.. Still waiting on my refund.

Who and where did you complain about your charge several weeks ago?
