Concerns about other iCloud account

I have tried several times to get back into my old account. I no longer have access to the 2fa number on it, and i can’t log back into it. I have put in several request before to get everything sorted out, and nothing, or it sent it to that email but i can’t log into it!! If there’s anything i can do to prove it’s my account, I will do so. I’ve had it for years, and since i don’t have the old number associated with it, i’m unable to access it anymore for everything I need with it.
