Where do Airdrops go to on my Mac mini
My wife has airdropped a photo from her iPad. It flashed on my screen and beeped as it came in. Where do I find it to view it please?

Should be in your downloads folder.

Neil, thank you - that's what I thought. But.... under favourites I have Dropbox, Airdrop, Downloads, On my Mac nx Applications.
When I go to downloads the most recent is a statement I downloaded from a Credit Card two days ago
But no Airdrop from my wife today!
But how do I find my downloads folder on my Mac mini?
Click on the finder, you should see your downloads folder under favourites in the left pane.
I don't know then, by default my Airdrops go to the downloads folder.
