Do you have a receipt that shows the card was activated? I’m told it may be at or near the top of the receipt or on a separate receipt that says activated.

Do you have a receipt showing the purchase?

Do you have the physical card and all the characters are visible and not scratched off?

Do you have all the packaging the card came in?
