Returning printer program inadvertently ordered.
Was attempting to connect printer to wireless without success so thought I was ordering a program from “App” to try and complete connection.
Next day discovered I had downloaded a subscription (of no value to me) so cancelled the order and requested refund only to be informed the item does not qualify for refund.
Why would this not qualify for refund and who decides this determination?
I am not pleased with Apple or HP at this point.
