Buzzing sound with Macbook Pro M4 (latest model)

My macbook pro M4 is pretty new and I'm taking good care of it so there was never any physical damage or anything. I notice that there is some weird buzzing noise whenever I scroll through a webpage. For example, I open YouTube.com and scroll up and down randomly using the trackpad, and when I put my ears close to the monitor side, I can hear this intermittent "hmmmm hmmmm" buzzing noise.

Is this normal at all?

sounds like it is not adequately grounded or you have interference via external devices too close.

Make some changes...

—if you are plugged into power, try battery power only and compare your results...

—use the 3-prong grounded extension— Apple used to ship with every new Mac. They are Universal if you have an old one laying around—use it.

Power Adapter Extension Cable - Apple

—Try a different plug in your house, in a different quadrant of your and compare your results on a different circuit.
