Activation Lock is intended to be a theft deterrent, and is intentionally difficult to bypass.

You’ll need to recover access to the Apple Account holding the lock, or present proof of ownership sufficient to convince Apple ro unlock it.

Presenting Apple with the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller is a common choice.

We can’t help unlock it, and absent proof, Apple won’t.
