Unable to change country/region in Apple Account on iPhone
I am not able to change country/region on my device..so it will be great you could sort it out

You must spend all the money in your Apple Account before you can do this. So buy something equal to, or of greater value than the amount of money you have in the account, and the remainder will be charged to a different payment method you have on file.
