Sticker tones revert to white skin tone during photo edit

Tried editing a photo adding a pointing finger as a sticker. Selected the black tone. It then reverted back to white appearing skin. No matter the darker tone selected it will always revert to white tones. Bug? Or was the tone feature removed?

can anyone else not get skin tone for male spy emoji on ios 16.1 onward? Is anyone else experiencing issues trying to type different skin colours of the male and female spy, weight lifter and golfer on iOS 16.1 and 16.1.1? when I try to the keyboard presents the skin tones for the gender neutral option only. And persisting to use other replacements can work but can lead to graphical duplications in the keyboard afterward. I miss my Poirot emoji. 🕵️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏌️‍♂️ these guys.

iOS stickers broken from 17.0.1 to now (18.0) Stickers (particularly any custom stickers created from Photos app) do not appear in the sticker keyboard. Bug: Repro: In Photos app or in iMessages app from the keyboard, create a sticker from a photo. (Follow Apple's Official Instructions.) Expected: sticker appears in sticker keyboard, can be sent in a message Actual: if adding directly inside the keyboard in iMessages app, sticker appears for 1 second and then disappears. Unusable. Affected versions: iOS 17.0.1 to iOS 18.0 (current). History: This problem has been publicly reported by thousands of users, has been publicly acknowledged by Apple Support. As of iOS 17.0.1 when this problem first appeared, Apple Support promised a quick fix. A few months later, they backtracked and said that engineering was still taking a look. No. I don't have any skin tone apps downloaded for stickers. It's the stickers native to the iphone. If you check the link provided you'll see what I'm referring to.
