How do I resolve a pending refund for an accidental subscription purchase?

I PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION ON ACCIDENT. Went through the refund process like normal. Waited for the refund email. Says it’s returned to my bank I go check my bank and there is a statement with the money on it but not returned into my account. What to do?
