i have factory reset it i’m not sure who the previous owner was it’s not in lost mode or anything i chose to set it up manually but the 6 digit code won’t show up to continue the set up what do i do ?

Sorry, but only the previous owner can disable the Activation Lock for the Apple Watch, which could also be done via the iCloud Account over the Web:
