Hey there! You’re not alone, see my aunt and I also had this issue, and i can’t say it’s related to the model of your phone seeing as my iPhone 16 pro max and my aunt’s 15 pro also had this issue, she found out about it a bit earlier than I did on her phone, we both tried our best, we checked for updates both iOS and Viber related, offloaded the app, reinstalled it several times, restarted the phone too… nothing worked, lastly I think my aunt wrote them about it, she raised an issue with it, and 9 hours ago it just randomly stopped showing those errors and we could finally use the app.
Weird thing is, a friend on an iPhone 12 mini didn’t have such an issue at all, so maybe it’s the latest iOS or a Viber related problem
