How to resolve frequent kernel panics and GPU issues on a 2019 MacBook?

Woke up to restarted MacBook. Not the first time sadly, this particular model has known issues with its GPU (2019 i9 2.3ghz 5500m). Suspect graphics failure, bridgeOS issue leading to thermal issues and then restarting. Been doing it for a few years now, Apple support as ever have slopey shoulders. I don't use heavy CPU apps as I've gotten punch shy from anything other than a few tabs being open on browsers etc. Hamstrung the machine as advised by running on Low-power mode on Monterey. Suspect Facebook on safari may have caused this, but unsure. Been noticing slight pixelation via safari on videos which I've read may be the early signs of GPU failing.

Etrecheck report included - any help gratefully received.

It appears that some parts of the EtreCheck report may be missing due to error or editing. Please repost the EtreCheck report WITHOUT the panic log. Panic logs are hard for us mere mortals to interpret.

At this point I am not seeing any big red flags. Please go to Etrecheck's Help menu, find "More Help" in the action list and read how tenable Full Disk Access. That will give us more areas where clues may be hiding without endangering your security or identity.

I am requesting our moderators move you to the Macbook Pro forum section where more people will see it. You found the section for the iMac Pro, a limited-production and expensive iMac from 2017. That section gets very few views.

Probably graphics/logicboard. Not so sure about the 550M, though since that's a discrete GPU that would usually only be in use with an external display attached.

Maybe also completely uninstall Poker Stars or whatever it is that brought starstechnologies.com LaunchDaemons onto your system (and also remove the LaunchDaemons and whatever they are launching). Gambling and Sports Betting always bring a bunch of crud with them into the low levels of your system - to let the companies monitor for geolocation, anti-cheating and other reasons. Their code production quality isn't often up to snuff though.
