How to disable immediate password requirement on Sequoia 15.3.2 after screen saver or display off?

The Lock Screen option "Require password after screen saver begins or display is turned off" is set to "Immediately" - and its greyed out and cannot be changed.

The usual solution is to go out of Settings (!), into the iPhone Mirroring App and change something there.

However, when I try to open iPhone Mirroring App I get "iPhone Mirroring is not available in your country or region"...

So how exactly am I supposed to get rid of this password annoyance ?

I am already set to:

  • Region: United States
  • Language: English (US)

iPhone mirroring still is not available "in my country or region".

It seems the only way I can be allowed to change my lock screen settings is to go traveling or somehow spoof the location information ....
