Why is my Apple Watch Pedometer++ app counting steps while I’m driving?

My Watch Ultra is counting steps while I’m driving tractor. Even though I’m sitting still with resting pulse my watch is counting steps. It shouldn’t! If I’m moving in a speed more likely to be running (10-18 km/h) with a pulse around 60-80 it would be a little bit smarter to assume I’m in a machine. Any one have a suggestion to get rid of the problem?

The same happens if I only bring my iPhone to work. A work day with about 1000 real steps becomes a healthy day with 12000 steps…
