How do I reinstall iOS on my iPhone?

Apple does not support downgrading the operating system.

What issues are you having?

You can't downgrade iOS once updated. You can reinstall the same version you have on your iPhone right now, using your computer. But if you want to downgrade, there would be no point in reinstalling what you already have.
